First Public Notice of Environmental Impact Assessment Information for the New Project of Liaoning Fengshou Technology Co., Ltd. to Produce 3,630 t/a of Pesticide Intermediates, 1,700 t/a of Technical Grade Active Ingredients, and 15,000 t/a of Formulated Products. Liaoning Fengshou Technology Co., Ltd. has commissioned Shenyang Chemical Research Institute Design Engineering Co., Ltd. to conduct the environmental impact assessment for this new project.
