I. Project Overview :

  Liaoning Fengshou Agrochemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenyang Fengshou Agrochemical Co., Ltd.; Liaoning Fengshou Agrochemical Co., Ltd. has recently established… 19500 ton / The active pharmaceutical ingredient, formulation, and intermediate project is located on Industrial Road No. 7 in the Chemical Industry Park of Tai’an County, Anshan City, Liaoning Province. At present, the civil engineering works are essentially complete, and the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment is about to commence.

  The Company intends to adopt a procurement approach whereby Party A will supply the equipment and primary materials, for facilities including Class A production workshops, tank farms, pipe racks, and air‑nitrogen refrigeration systems, with a total of… 400 Tendering and procurement for the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, including piping, electrical systems, and instrumentation. Multiple tender packages may be adopted; a brief overview is provided below. :

1. Equipment and Piping Installation : Installation of reactors, tanks, and vessels made of enamel or stainless steel, as well as pumps, valves, and precision chemical and related equipment such as air‑nitrogen systems and refrigeration units, along with pressure vessels and pressure pipelines.  

2. Electrical and instrumentation installation works, including the laying of electrical and instrumentation cables. . Installation of low-voltage switchgear and cabinets, etc.

3.DCS and SIS Equipment procurement and installation for the system, as well as installation of other facilities in the control room.  

4. Corrosion protection, thermal insulation, and other related works for pipelines and equipment.  

5. Underground utility network projects, including underground piping for water supply and drainage, plumbing, heating, and fire protection systems.

6. Ventilation ductwork and exhaust ventilation systems, among other related works.

7. Civil engineering works, including certain steel structures, steel platforms, and foundations for some equipment.

II. Qualification Requirements:

1 , holding a Grade III or higher general contracting qualification for mechanical and electrical installation projects;

2 , Grade III or higher general contracting for petrochemical engineering construction;

3 Special Equipment Manufacturing License (for the installation, repair, and modification of pressurized special equipment) (Industrial Pipeline Installation) GC2 ) and above;

4 , For matters involving fire safety, relevant qualifications must be obtained.

5 Any work involving steel platform structures and civil engineering must be performed by qualified entities.

III. Performance Requirements :

1 Must have experience in the installation of fine chemical equipment, including enamel‑lined and non‑metallic vessels, along with a proven track record.

2 Should possess experience and a proven track record in the installation of Class I explosion-proof electrical equipment, instrumentation, and automation systems.

3 It shall possess the capability and track record to perform installation solely based on process flow diagrams.
