Shenyang Fengshou Pesticide Co., Ltd. Founded in 1941, it has a history of more than 80 years and is one of the earliest institutions established in New China. First A pesticide factory; it is part of the pesticide industry. First A self-operated import and export enterprise; it is in the agrochemical industry. First A national gold-medal award-winning enterprise. In January 2003, it was restructured from the former Shenyang Sujiatun Pesticide Factory into a large private enterprise. Shenyang Fengshou Pesticide Co., Ltd. is located in the Sujiatun District of Shenyang, covering an area of over 120 mu, with convenient transportation, and serves as a key pesticide production base in Northeast China.
 
Since its inception, Shenyang Fengshou Agrochemical has steadily expanded in scale. Today, the company employs over 300 staff members, with a board of directors comprising nine members, a supervisory board of three members, five senior executives, and 110 specialized technical professionals.
  
The company boasts advanced management practices and strong technical capabilities, with well‑structured operations across its supply, sales, R&D, production, and finance departments. It currently operates six major pesticide production workshops, two auxiliary workshops, and a research institute. The company’s annual pesticide production capacity stands at 5,000 tons, generating US$30 million in export revenue and achieving an annual output value of RMB 250 million.
  
Leading the industry through innovation and unlocking the future with intelligence, the company adheres to a people‑centered, scientifically driven management philosophy. Its Fengshou‑branded products have repeatedly won awards in domestic quality assessments within the sector, earning designations such as “Shenyang City Famous Brand” and “Liaoning Province Famous Brand.” The Fengshou trademark has also been recognized by the Administration for Industry and Commerce as a “Famous Trademark of Liaoning Province.” Notably, its aluminum phosphide product secured the first gold medal in China’s inaugural pesticide‑product quality competition and obtained the prestigious UL certification from the United States. These products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions, including the U.S., Japan, Canada, Australia, and Germany, while enjoying strong sales in the domestic market.

In 2002, the company obtained ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system; in 2006, it implemented 5S-based workplace management; and in 2008, it fully adopted lean manufacturing practices. The company’s management capabilities have continued to improve.

On March 15, 2022, the wholly owned subsidiary of Shenyang Fengshou Pesticide Co., Ltd. – Liaoning Fengshou Pesticide Co., Ltd. It was registered and established in the Tai’an Economic Development Zone of Anshan City, covering an area of over 130 mu with a total building area of nearly 50,000 square meters. As the platform for a newly built project producing 19,500 tons per year of active ingredients, formulations, and intermediates, Liaoning Fengshou will help Fengshou Agrochemicals embark on a new starting point and begin a new journey.
