Shenyang Fengshou Pesticide Co., Ltd. It is a pesticide‑manufacturing enterprise with nearly 80 years of development history. Founded in 1941, the company was established through restructuring and reorganization on the basis of the former Shenyang Pesticide Plant. It is now a large private enterprise integrating research and development, production, and sales, and serves as an important pesticide production base in Northeast China. The company is located in Sujiatun District, Shenyang, covering an area of over 120 mu, with convenient transportation access.
 
Since its inception, Shenyang Fengshou Agrochemical has steadily expanded in scale. Today, the company employs over 300 staff members, with a board of directors comprising nine members, a supervisory board of three, five senior executives, and 110 specialized technical professionals.
  
The company boasts extensive management experience and strong technical expertise, with well‑structured operations across its supply, sales, technical, production, and finance departments. It currently operates six major pesticide manufacturing plants, two auxiliary workshops, and a research institute. The company’s annual pesticide production capacity reaches 5,000 tons, generating US$30 million in export revenue and achieving an annual output value of RMB 250 million.
  
Dedicated to innovating the agrochemical industry and ushering in the future through smart solutions, the company adheres to a people‑centered, science‑driven management philosophy. Its Fengshou brand products have repeatedly won awards in domestic quality assessments within the industry, earning recognition as both “Shenyang City Famous Brand” and “Liaoning Province Famous Brand.” The Fengshou trademark has also been designated a “Famous Trademark of Liaoning Province” by the Administration for Industry and Commerce. Notably, its aluminum phosphide product secured a gold medal in China’s agrochemical product quality competition and obtained the prestigious UL certification from the United States. The product is exported to more than 40 countries and regions, including the U.S., Japan, Canada, Australia, and Germany, while enjoying strong sales in the domestic market.

In 2002, the company obtained ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system; in 2006, it implemented 5S-based workplace management; and in 2008, it fully adopted lean manufacturing practices. On March 15, 2022, the wholly owned subsidiary of Shenyang Fengshou Pesticide Co., Ltd. – Liaoning Fengshou Agrochemical Co., Ltd. It was registered and established in the Tai’an Economic Development Zone of Anshan City, covering an area of over 130 mu with a total building area of nearly 50,000 square meters. As the platform for a newly built project producing 19,500 tons per year of active ingredients, formulations, and intermediates, Liaoning Fengshou will help Fengshou Agrochemicals embark on a new phase and begin a fresh journey.
